Holiday Cookie Exchange 2012

Written on Saturday, December 1st, 2012 @ 7:38 pm

This year, the “Take 10 With Tricia” (http://www.take10withtricia.com/) Holiday Cookie Exchange will be intense. Over 19 women will submit entries; and will be judged based on Best Overall, Best Traditional, Best Presentation and finally, Best “Dirty/Naughty” Cookie.

Here is my entry:

Since the beloved Christmas character, The Grinch, is naughty, I hope to win the Best “Dirty/Naughty” Cookie with my entry of “How The Grinch Crinkled Christmas Cookie”. (You should see what popped up on Pinterest when I searched “naughty holiday cookie”….I am still blushing)

Note: I put the batter in the refrigerator to harden for 30 minutes before baking. This makes the cookie batter easier and less sticky when placing on baking sheet.

Also, since I am a little competitive when it comes to my cooking, I want to be in the running for best presentation. I created a DIY Serving Tray using holiday mints.

To the cookie competitors, “May The Odds Be Ever In Your Favor!”

Happy Holidays!
