It’s amazing how two simple ingredients, brown sugar and chili sauce, can turn plain pork chops into a culinary masterpiece. This recipe is simple, low cost and delicious.
Ingredients: 1/2 inch boneless pork chops, 1 jar chili sauce, 2/3 cup brown sugar
Directions: Preheat oven to 375°. Grease a 13×9 glass pan. Place chops in pan (optional – lightly dust with garlic and onion powders). In a mixing bowl, add chili sauce and brown sugar. Stir well and spread mixture on top of chops. Then cover pan with foil and place in oven for 1 hour. Remove from oven and eat!
My hubby walked into the house and immediately said, “Wow, dinner smells delicious!”. It’s now a family favorite to be added to our list of weekly dinners.
