Make chili dogs!
Last week, I made a large batch of chili. No secret recipe, but I am a huge fan of the Chilli Man® Seasoning Mix and their recipe on the back of the packaging. (Can be found in St. Louis) I do exclude beans and add onion powder, garlic powder and grounded hot pepper. Plus, the batch freezes easily.
So today, I defrosted the leftovers and added chili dogs to the dinner menu.
Ingredients: Fresh hotdog buns, Angus beef dogs (Ball Park® are very good), hot chili and shredded cheese.
Another good leftover chili recipe is Chili Cheese Roll-Ups.
Ingredients: Flour tortillas, Fritos®, hot chili and shredded cheese.
