In the next few weeks you need to:
-Use portion control. I love to eat and with portion control, I can enjoy all my favorite foods without feeling guilty. Just one plate per meal; and no eating past 7pm each night. This makes a huge difference.
-Exercise 3 to 4 times per week. Whether working out at the gym, mowing the lawn or cleaning the house, exercise for 30 minutes a day. You will feel full of energy; and there will be a noticeable difference on the waistline.
-Drink lots of water. Water not only cleanses the system, it’s calorie-free and keeps you full. Plus, drinking water helps gets rid of bloat.
