The Countdown Begins…..

It’s 25 days until the official start of swimsuit season. Ladies, there is no need to panic or start a crash diet that doesn’t work. Just use this as motivation to get healthy.

In the next few weeks you need to:

-Use portion control. I love to eat and with portion control, I can enjoy all my favorite foods without feeling guilty. Just one plate per meal; and no eating past 7pm each night. This makes a huge difference.

-Exercise 3 to 4 times per week. Whether  working out at the gym, mowing the lawn or cleaning the house, exercise for 30 minutes a day. You will feel full of energy; and there will be a noticeable difference on the waistline.

-Drink lots of water. Water not only cleanses the system, it’s calorie-free and keeps you full. Plus, drinking water helps gets rid of bloat.

Get excited…the pool opens Memorial Day Weekend!

Alert: Don’t forget to wear lots of sunscreeen. Wrinkles are not sexy!
