I made this amazing cookie recipe yesterday; and I want to give my readers the link for exact directions. It makes a fabulous and filling (eat for breakfast) cookie; but make sure to follow baking instructions carefully for utilmate chewiness!
Also, instead of unsalted butter, I used Crisco butter (I feel it makes for a softer cookie). Another idea is to add chocolate chips and make this cookie even more decadent.
