It’s time for Holiday parties; and are you tired of serving the same old appetizers? Need a starter that is appealing to everyone’s pallet? Well, here’s an appetizer that’s not only tasty, but the presentation will “Wow” guests.

It’s Roasted Potato Shots.

Ingredients: 2 lbs of red potatoes, olive oil, salt & pepper, container of ketchup (Simple ingredients)

Preheat oven to 450°. Clean and peel potatoes. Slice into quarters and place on a greased roasting pan. Drizzle olive oil over potatoes and season with salt & pepper. Toss until completely seasoned. Place the potatoes in the oven and let cook for 35 minutes.

Potatoes are finished when tender and golden brown on all sides.

Fill each shot glass full with ketchup and place 2 to 3 potatoes quarters on top. Then serve. Enjoy!
