With Labor Day Weekend fast approaching, it’s time to use all of your “end-of-the-summer” recipes. This is a great recipe my family uses all summer long; and what a great side dish!
Grilled Corn On The Cob:
4 corn ears, buttered-flavored cooking spray, salt, pepper and dill
Pull the husks off the corn ears and remove silk. If there are any bad spots on the ears, cut them out. Place each corn ear on a square piece of aluminum foil. Spray all sides of corn with cooking spray and sprinkle with salt, pepper and dill. Wrap foil securely around corn. Place corn on barbecue pit; and it’s done when tender.

There’s nothing better than grilled corn on the cob. For some reason I’m thinking we soaked ours first in water with some milk…I’ll have to ask my hubby.
